Maybe you should research so called chipless dacs.
Still it’s not clear whether 768kHz is pretty much DSD, without the negative features of DSD.
Sorry, but that's just wrong.However, by raising the sampling frequency, such editing can be possible. The simplest idea is that to mix two signals, you just add them together. The sampling frequency is doubled by filling the data of the 1-bit signal with zeros for every second bit. With the zeros in different positions, you can easily mix by adding up the 1-bit data without any overflow.
Please have some reading here for basic but under-the-hood understanding of a delta sigma DAC. 1 bit DSD is a burden not the light. Hope you will find this helpful.
