Most beautiful speakers in the world ?

At least it's not this

Post #5,518 strikes me as something I could really enjoy. The problem would be I'd have to sell the house to do it. What an interesting concept and way
to change the way (I assume) they tune the planar/ribbon (?) It's not the most elegant piece of furniture, but no more so than having a huge Harp or two
in a listening room.

Some of these speakers are very unique as of late. Contrary to the previous bunch of wooden boxes with exposed screws and sharp corners.

Post 5519 is another cool-looking speaker. I can't imagine the cost of some of these.

Regards

Very very nice setup ... beautiful speakers ... it looks like the most expensive component was the room itself.

I wonder what brand/model speakers are those...

It's kind of a standing legacy that many people have commented on. The system has been a work in progress for many years from my understanding. The guy making the video is Chuck Miller or Millercarbon as he is known.

Evolution Acoustics, I think that's the "MM Seven" system.

Mike Lavigne is very forthcoming about his system and shares his experiences even though he gets judged for everything from how much he may have spent to what he owns to where his main listening seat is located. I hope that won't happen to him in this thread.

edit: @OldHvyMec posted while I was posting. That information would not be available if Mike was not "very forthcoming about his system."

A couple of those Drivers look like Accuton. That’s certainly an easy way to raise the ticket!
yep, 4 accuton drivers and a passive Scan Speak radiator on the back

A pair of main active monitors would probably sound batter than that mega system with a million components

Cool! Thanks!

Respectively, I don't know about that... I watched it & there is some serious gear in that room. ..Just take a blind eye to the cables, etcc... that TT rig he is using is crazy good.. Tape rigs...same. I doubt anybody is putting out that level of Accuton filled mains with full sub array's that sound bad after dialed. I'd actually like to hear it as he is not far from me. I want to hear that particular Pink Floyd tape.....

I'd rather have a pair of these instead of his system even if I was super rich
I like minimalism and pro audio
I can live without Accuton drivers :)

I heard an all Accuton Speaker, custom built as the demo pair for Aurender. They had them at the last CA Audio Show in 2019. They were severely amazing.
I was walking by the room and heard Tom Waits’ Postcard From A Hooker…, one of my favorite cuts. Went in, checked the scene, started talking to the guy… before long I had him playing cuts off my audition playlist and we were having fun. The room pretty much filled up while we were trading songs back and forth until some guy wanted to hear some standard audiophile dross.

I’ll try to dig out my photos…

But I get it. There really is something special about Accuton. ;)
