I imagine some art critics looking at these.
These look like an invading alien from a 50s sci-fi movie!Cabasse La Sphere

Interesting coax driver. Own design I think.
Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder! That statement is so very true. The only thing that matters is if you like them and they sound good.Cabasse La Sphere

Saw these in the window of the hifi shop in HK that's on King's Road near Tin Hau. Anyone know the place I'm talking about?Cabasse La Sphere

I really like the idea of a huge spherical speaker but these stands are atrocious, something simple like just the central column with a three-pronged base would look much better. Or just three separate legs.Cabasse La Sphere

I fear these speakers would come alive and butcher me in my sleep.)))Cabasse La Sphere

I like the looks of them. Probably choose them over any other speakers here, cosmetically speaking. And, I've heard the K2 S9900s in the JBL theatre room. Spectacular! The JBL shouts "I ain't here to look purdy; I'm here to play fuh baw!".
I've liked every Cabasse 'speaker I've heard, and Christophe Cabasse is a lovely bloke. That stand is a 3-D representation of the company logo so isn't just an 'artistic' statement, and has a story behind it.I really like the idea of a huge spherical speaker but these stands are atrocious, something simple like just the central column with a three-pronged base would look much better. Or just three separate legs.
