Gale GS401A - first made in the early 1970's but still stunning today. The speakers were built by Ira Gale but the aesthetic design was by an Australian industrial designer Jon Bannenberg. Quite remarkable still after 50 years . This photo was taken at my house after the speakers were restored and I have permitted a couple of websites to use it. They still sound remarkable too.

I know they don't measure well, however - Legacy Audio puts out some very beautiful speakers. I recently obtained a pair of Whispers and a pair of Harmony HD's. These are the largest speakers I've ever brought into the house, they're also the first speakers my wife just looked at, gasped, and said..."Baby, those are just gorgeous"!!!! Mine were hand made in Pennsylvania (Allen Organ Company). Bought them from Robert Howard (Legacy's first sales lead).
Have you ever seen any measurements? Even basic FR? Genuinely curious if its just bling or also better sound?
I do like their playlist, someone put it on tidal.

Never seen any measurements. I just find the design intriguing and I know there's something of a fascination for those old speakers among some Japanese audiophiles. Would enjoy hearing what it's all about.
