Massdrop (Drop) has a good selection of headphones and earbuds, some headphones are on sale for holiday.
The pinned list for the holiday sales or deals are here,

Massdrop/Drop Holiday Headphones/Earbuds Sales Pinned List

are these referral links for commission?

For EU members, Drop.com has the Koss ESP-95x (220v model) for $290. For once, a price advantage being in the EU? (The price in the US is $400.)

Apparently, the EU sale price is due to this bit of bad news:

Hey everyone, just a quick update that at the end of 2019 (around Dec 25th) we'll be shutting down our EU Warehouse. Unfortunately the transaction volumes from this warehouse are insufficient to justify the continued operation of it. Two pieces of good news for EU users: 1) We've paid VAT to move everything there, so we'd really rather sell the products within the EU, than move them back to the US warehouse... so all the prices are slashed significantly... Time for some last minute holiday gifts. Second news is that we're exploring expedited, VAT-prepaid shipments to the EU from our USA warehouse. We're hoping to have that up and running by Q1 2020, and I've convinced management (at least initially) to subsidize some of these shipping costs so that pricing would be at parity with our EU warehouse experience. We really wanted the EU warehouse to work but alas it hasn't and we've got to try something different.

I made a separate thread about this here so the master deals thread won't get sidetracked (I hope haha):

Not sure if these Polk LSiM703 speakers are any good, but they seem highly rated on Steoreophile (measurements) and Adorama and are on heavy discount now if anyone is actually looking for them.

Those speakers are amazing for the money. They used to be $1500 and can compete with anything in that price range. I bought a pair a couple months ago, best audio deal I've ever had.

They still are at that price bracket without discount. Maybe because there's something new coming online soon, hence the stock clearing ?

For any Canadians looking for Studio Monitors:

JBL 305P (Studio Monitors) just dropped to $120cad/each https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B077N2GQXC
They were $140cad/each on sale prior to yesterday.
Currently #2 best selling Studio Monitors on Amazon.ca.
This is the lowest price ever, as per Keepa.com

These studio monitors were considered among 6 other competitors during "34th Annual NAMM TEC Awards" announced on 2018-06-28.
On 2019-01-26 the winners were announced and the JBL studio monitors won.

Yes, the higher models 306P and 308P also dropped on sale, but if you have a subwoofer with 305P, you're not getting more by going to 306P/308P.

Depends on the room size and listening distance.
Its quite a difference when you go beyond the typical apartment bedroom size of about 12~14 square meters.
