If it based on this chip, with this level of performance on the graph there, it is not very impressive: THD+N 0.014% SINAD 77 at the standard 5W 4R.

But the measurement preview above is better than this datasheet measurement. So either they are using other chip or in house design, or they did improve the chip spec somehow? Let's wait and see.

Is there also a measurement of frequency response as a function of various loads, like 4ohm, 8ohm and speaker dummy load, rather than this pointless SINAD? FR variations are audible, 1kHz SINAD tells almost nothing.

Will probably come, it's just a very first sneak peek I guess.

The test is even taken to its paroxysm, we have measurements @ 5W / 10W / 20W / 40W etc

If I am not wrong it is using the MA5332MS new Merus chip It would be logical in the continuity of PA3S )

This needs to be a sticky on the forum main page! Great work Matias! Only 10 pages on this thread which is great, less noise to sift through.

Two comments for you:

• I like especially the tiers, the fact that you incorporated IMD into your judgement. I wish 32-tone IMD were presented in the tabular data so tiers could be constructed without regard to amplifier operation class.
• Form factor is important. I only care about the top quartile, above 96dB SINAD. Will you add dimensions as 3 columns for those top 39 amps? I'm happy to do the data entry work if you'll take the list.

Hi the tiers for class D are my interpretation and opinion indeed. As for measures, I am afraid it will make the table too large and intimidating, I tried to squeeze its width and graphs into a single 1080p screen.
