Oh,ok,I was talking street prices.
The harnnes (more than you ever need) is already at the Icepower package in the link I put.
For the box you only need the xlr's,binding posts and IEC socket,that's why I put 100 more euros in the price.

It seems that on the following site the Audiolab 6000a has somewhat higher SINAD value than the one from Audio PL that is present on the current list. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

From the graphs a read about 0.13% THD+N at 4 ohms, which is more than the 0.034% I have listed there from Audio PL.

Thanks for the answer. From the fourth graph (power vs distortion --- 4 ohm), I have read about 0.01% THD+N (or just THD?) at 5W. So, SINAD = -20 * math.log(0.01 / 100, 10) = 80dB. What am I doing wrong here?

You are right! I misread the decimal separator: 0.013%, I just updated it. Thanks!

Added more graphs for value in different power levels. Super interesting how from 150W up the new NCx500 is a top recommendation in all power levels at that price from Buckeye. Considering it bufferless (low gain) with a suitable source with high voltage, and also that the price is for a single PS for both modules (max 1200W so 600W each module), but still.

Not having a clue what any of this very fine database means for the prospective consumer, I would certainly like to have a clear statement or three as to its uses and cautions when using perhaps.



On a different tack I spotted this SINAD value for the NAD M33 on ASR, 108dB switched off, 97dB switched on. Which should be on the database and why?

It's an integrated amplifier. The "off" concerns the amp-section. The DAC performance is better when the amp is turned off (as these measurements are in the section of the review that's called "NAD M33 DAC Measurements").

Dear Matias! I recommend that you ignore the measurements on the audio.com.pl page. All of their measurements are worse than others and there is no pattern to the difference. On spinorama.org results can be filtered by measurement quality. If both factory and independent measurement results are available, I recommend that you keep the independent one. From the independent measurements, it is a good idea to keep the better one.
Denon PMA-600NE has ASR review Denon PMA-600NE ASR SMSL factory measurements seems to be quite correct.

@MelodyLine thank you for pointing out that Denon review. Indeed on average the Audio PL measurements are worst than the others for the same models. But then again they have the Accuphase P-7300 with SINAD 94 which shows that their gear is able to measure up to that. So I have thought about it before and decided to keep Audio PL, and as my notes on the 1st post say, whenever I find a better measurement for the same amp I update it (or when someone like you point it to me). Thanks!
