And even: Healthy.
I've drank milk all my life and at 56 still drink it every day.
I loooove bread (and other carbs), and eat bread almost every day. If there's a bakery around, I'll find it.
Sugar? I don't treat it like The Devil. I enjoy sweat stuff, including even that devil spawn, sometimes sodas!
I've a BMI of 22, so not overweight. Recent spate of tests for physical: all health markers excellent. No chronic health issues, no medications.
For me, simple moderation-for-the-majority-of-the-week works. Not over-eating, and eating a variety of food. Being a foodie, I also enjoy "going wild" at a great restaurant too. Nothing held back. The whole anti-carbs thing (and anti-milk) leaves me rolling my eyes.
But, that's what seems to work for me. The problem I think comes when people do their thing to lose weight or be healthy, and then they just generalize to "here's how to eat/keep healthy!" Then you get people telling you DO THIS IF YOU WANT TO BE HEALTHY (or lose weight or whatever)! Within reason, it's an individual thing.
