These are extremely over designed and engineered. Something from Star trek and beyond.

Some people think they're beautiful and even pay hundreds of thousands of $$$ for them...
Really? Beautiful... or something to scare away soon to be ex-wives?
I realize "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and all that, but some of these designs really put that to the test.

Any of the speakers designed by Charles and Ray Eames. Yep, there were Eames speakers.
And they don't even need to sound very good... I want a pair!
Not mention they offered a very early form of adjustable directivity!
What you discover during the holidays.
I found a discotheque curious, which seemed almost abandoned, with coaxial speakers, and a hexagonal shape. XD
They are not from that brand, but the design is very similar.
It turns out that the discotheque, which dismantles the cabin equipment for each event, is located in the center of a complex of craft markets.

That brand speakers (I’ve just forgotten the name) has nice cabinetry, but something about the “ Bishop cap” on top leaves, me slightly unsettled with the design.
