I'm really so sorry to hear that your medical conditions are impacting on your sight and therefore perhaps your enjoyment of your cinema hobby.

(I'm not an MD but...)
Sorry if you've mentioned it before, have you looked into those digital patches that monitor blood sugar levels in semi real-time? I wonder if making sure that you stay within your target sugar range would help your eye focus to be a bit more consistent? Since you are keen on technology in general perhaps it appeals from that angle?

Understandably you don't want to ride a bike whilst your eyes are giving you trouble. Is walking an exercise option for you or is it ruled out for other reasons?

Anyway, all the best.

oxygen and pulse rate to day , oxygen has been showing rather low 90 , pulse rate as been around +40 , had tummy issue again , had a meal and came back to bed and noticed +150 pulse rate , steadily cane down 120 , 100 and levelled out around +50 and +60 to 70

not having a good day :(

Quite the roller coaster ride you've got going on Andy! That racing heart rate doesn't sound like fun at all. Listen to your docs and nurses and try your best to follow their instructions, and hopefully you will get to feeling a little better. I'm sure you want to be out and about enjoying life, and this is making it harder for sure.

barely made it back home , leg blood circulation ( been confused for week with medication ) type II maybe above 10 ? i don't have the tester
blood pressure at nurse after noon , said it was okay
as coming back have to walk/push bike up hill , pursed at bench for 6 mins head laying down on saddle , car/van pulls up a gentleman walks up with bottle unopened water asking if i;'m okay ? i explained the above ^ and he was so courteous offered ride down to home , put bike in van and we chatted , very nice and very rare :)

something upcoming , july

i've collapsed yet again under hot weather and over exhaustion , i didn't get 20 mins cycling with Bear cat , my vision became so over blurred and bright tunnel vision , my eyes were dilated , gentleman saw i was feeling poorly at bus stop and it only got worse , his wife saw my eyes was not looking good , another gentleman brought fruit squash for me to drink , ( i have a weak heart m what more else left to say )

paramedics arrived checked me out and took me down to hospital and dropped my cat off at my home , that was very nice ,, while gentleman looking after my bike

doctors have all info on my condition and kept me overnight on heart monitor while doing countless blood tests checks to see what caused the issue ,

i had to push my bike up a narrow pathway hill which is what caused the upper legs blood circulation excursion while under 21c and doctor agreed on that with my weak heart condition

i have to listen to my upper legs if they don't feel okay then its a no-go for going out

However, consuming distilled water is not entirely safe, as it deprives people of electrolytes. The body needs these for numerous processes. For example, calcium ensures a stable bone structure and is needed to transmit signals to the muscles. Iron is an important component of red blood cells and ensures the transport of oxygen in the blood. Potassium is important for many enzymatic reactions in the body. If these substances are missing, important body functions can be disrupted.

Even if you don't like reading this, in your case it would be extremely important to switch to a vegan diet!
