I will wear them when I'm out walking.

For around $50 what do you recommend?
Note that it will be Bluetooth headphones. I prioritize convenience and comfortable to wear over sound quality for these outdoor walking headphones. I will mostly listen to podcasts with them then. Maybe some jazz/rock internet radio. Of course, if you can combine convenience and good (or fairly good) sound quality for around $50, I'll be happy. :)
They shouldn't sound crap, but decent ok sound will do in this case. :)

Unfortunately, I can't use IMEs (I never get them to fit well), so that's why I will now invest in this over-the-ear headphone solution.

I saw these retro-designed Bluetooth headphones, something in that style I can imagine. What do you think about these:

Koss Wireless 2.0 and JLab Rewind2 are options as well.

I can't tell you which one's best, I'd probably oder all three and send back the two I like least.

Edit:
Mondo Freestyle another option

Thanks for your tips.:)

Those JLab Rewind2s seem interesting:

..and picked them up today: :)

They are quite ok. For my purposes ok/good that is. I am satisfied. :D

For those of you who remember how it felt to wear the "original" from the 1980s, they feel exactly like that. Lightweight headphones.
Now without the hassle of cassette tapes, most likely (despite Bluetooth) better sound quality than the headphones of the 1980s. Then the flexibility, choices of what you want to listen to. Okay, that's about the development of the Internet, data and so on and not the headphones themselves.

The Bluetooth pairing with my Samsung mobile was easy.

Now I will mostly use them to listen to talk radio/podcasts but I tested their microphone for mobile calls. It worked well. I also tested music. Bass is actually surprisingly good, better than I thought it would be. :)Test with this song:
