Those are exactly the same as the A8, are you sure this is correct? Looks bigger than an A8 on the pictures.

This was found listed by a retailer, translated, lifted verbatim and posted here for info, so I can't vouch for accuracy, but we should know shortly.

It does seem to be an A8 in a new jacket, except for the fancy volume knob and HDMI Audio out. At first I thought it was maybe a streaming amp, due to the massive heat sink fins either side.

The most noteworthy feature for me, highlighted in an earlier post is the room correction. Hopefully this'll trickle down to the A6 and not just run on the DSP, to compete with the likes of the WiiM Ultra in this regard.

How is this different from the A8 , besides the styling?
A quick comparison of the specs reveals little differences..

Doubtful there will be any differences in sound quality.

Analog VC check,plus safeguards against the known glitches,that's an enormous advantage,specially at an active,stereo bass system (the later is another advantage)
Wish that the two heatshinks are attached to some shunt regulators :p (I'm a sucker for Salas shunts)

If the SNR is at the 105-110dB,has a nice THD+N vs level and measures linear from lows to up-high and the EQ/filter implementation is at RME level and not some noise-inducing one down-low,yep,that would do it.

Two sub outs which presumably you can configure, and auto room correction, and yes no difference in SQ because the A-8/A-6 measure pretty well already.

What will be the purpose of delay control?
I'm wondering if I would be able to use this feature to connect with Kii Three with a digital output and time align the subs with this delay control?
 
I wonder if the subwoofer out is implemented through a crossover HPF/LPF circuit? Or is it a duplicate of L/R channel as sub-out?
