Glad you asked. Everything I fed it, it played backwards! Then I realized I had the input connected to its output and vice versa! Corrected that and everything sounded great.....

Okay sooo ... with 25.5 db voltage gain HPA-S400ET would not be a good bi-amping match (for bass) to my beloved Quad 909 (29.7db) ... too bad .
