@sychan @Poultrygeist Thanks so much for the context. Sounds like they're focusing more on the digital-analog side of things than the analog-analog. I like my digione, and look forward to what they come out with next.

I enjoy both class D and SET amps. Single ended tube amps don't test so well so there's not much discussion here but I love them. I have a 2a3 and EL-84 and waiting on a Decware to be built that I purchased almost 2 years ago.

Would it harm the Volt +D to run mono in one side only, with nothing connected to the input and output of the other side?

I recently purchased a Fosi ZA3 while more powerful than the Volt +D I don't find it anymore resolving. The +D has a much nicer linear volume control which means the power comes on incrementally throughout the range of the dial. Not so with the Fosi as its major power comes on as late as 5 o'clock. It's also tricky to turn on the ZA3 as it requires the amp's knob to be at the lowest volume position before pushing it. Sometimes I push it and nothing happens ( the red light doesn't appear ) and other times it does.
