Both in summer. Not sure about 1991, probably July or August. 2022 August 29th.
The ice loss is real though. In 1991 we climbed Fannaråken from the back side and went down the glacier ridge on the left side (see below). This way down is no longer possible for hikers and you have to go down farther on the left, according to the current map.
It is, and the changes are just starting.

The changes are going on for some time now. We have to live with it, as I don’t think the overpopulation will ever stop and changes we are currently making will have little to no effect.
Yep, it got really cold in the Little Ice Age!
