I'm nibbling a large hunk of sharp white artisan cheddar with many truffle flakes in it and man alive is it awesome!
Also what interesting and wild food combinations do you enjoy with cheese?

A great Costco feature, their own sharp white cheddar:

I'm a blue cheese guy so that's 9/10 of the cheese I eat on its own.

In the bay area we're lucky to have this pretty much everywhere:

But this is also great when I find it:

So -- this may not help all y'all north of the (US) border, but our farmer-neighbors Bill & Liz have a smokehouse and their smoked cheeses are absolutely excellent (as is their smoked bacon).

I buy this brie from Walmart Canada and it is decent with good flavor and creaminess and it's a big wheel for CDN $13.97 for 550g/~1/2 pound.
I eat it like a starter for meals and as a snack with pickles.

Yum yum...Lol. I like blue cheese blended with sour cream on potato skins and buzzard wings.

How does one order to Canada. I don't see any details. I eat a lot of cheese and so I would order a good amount.
I'm interested in these.>>>

Our local market's best is usually just some Tillamook (I prefer their extra sharp cheddar myself), but its kinda pricey. On my occasional trips to our nearest city (Costco etc) I'll pick up a wider variety of cheeses....blue cheese, fresh mozzarella, gruyere, Tillamook flavors at better prices in large blocks, depends what they have....

I like cheese with a variety of things, eat too damn much of the stuff :)

I was buying huge inexpensive blocks at the grocer although now I want something more flavorful and textured and so I go for the smaller sizes that are available but not outrageous prices. Some of the stuff gets pricy and so when I saw that 5lb block stateside I am interested.
