Maybe this one would be just fine in order to get acquainted to the subject:

As vinyl seems to be a matter of ongoing interest, I’d like to see some examples of turntables to be reviewed here. Like some Pro-Ject Debut player, any not too expensive Technics and maybe the Denon DP-3000NE.
The question is, how would you measure them?

That is indeed the question. I know @amirm has played around with the idea, but the setup and learning curve certainly seems daunting.

Given that TT's aren't really his 'thing' I can't blame him for that, but it would be interesting to see how it could be approached in a repeatable and useful way.

It would likely cause some of our existing members to blow some gaskets, but could bring in a whole new market segment.

Personally, I'd love to see it, but not holding my breath.

Shouldn’t be too much of a problem to get someone TT competent to join Amir in testing/measuring.
Easy to say, but considering the time and expense likely involved, it's a bit harder to find people willing to do this sort of testing pro bono that you seem to think.

how about testing the PRESONUS ERIS PRO 6
How about buying a pair and sending them in for testing? Or seeing if you can broker a deal between Amir and Presonus.

Because short of either of those, how would this test happen?

why did you jump to the conclusion that I don't have a pair of those speakers....... I never said that

Then skip the part in my request about buying some and PM Amir. He's unlikely to see a post in a thread, especially when you don't tag @amirm.

Why do you assume I should research the gear and post history of every person that posts an incorrectly framed test request?

See my previous reply.

I can tell that I am not going to like this process ,,,,,,, take care ..... bye

Bye is right.

You are going to get a break to give you time to get a better feel for the place before you decide whether you want to be here in good faith or not.

So far it doesn't look promising, but hope springs eternal in this job.

I'd like to see some testing on the audio from Google TV vs Roku vs Apple TV, etc. What is the signal like before it hits the DAC (or, God forbid, the soundbar)?

Arendal 1528 line of speakers starting with 82kg horizontal center and matching big towers.
