It's never really a good idea.
Digital technology, analog small signal processing, power amplifier and probably everything from a power pack, mutual influence is inevitable in many areas. Especially in such a tight enclosure.
Two separate devices make much more sense.

I take your points, but note that both units have built in power supply, lose the Bluetooth chip from the ao200 and connect thus from do100. A metal insert will reduce mutual influence. This is mature electronic engineering and should not phase S. M. S. L design and manufacturing.
