Never looked into the Genelc lines of subs, but 50W is the lowest I have ever seen, even vs budget subs.

I don't recall ever seeing it, the usual deal with PE was finding coupons you could stack with the sales, but it's been a while since I kept a look out

Dang I've been considering the Vanatoo Zero for my desk but if I could get the 8010's for 34% off I'd just go that route.

I almost bought the 8010 Genelecs last year when they were $399 regular price...but I see their regular price is $499 now....inflation! But $329 is probably as good as we'll get.....they rarely go on sale

The problem with the 8010 is that you indeed need a sub....the Vanatoos have servicable bass and you might be able to enjoy it without a sub. And obviously, the Vanatoos have all sorts of inputs too.

Never looked into the Genelc lines of subs, but 50W is the lowest I have ever seen, even vs budget subs.

I thought it was a misprint. I'm sure it's a well made 50W sub

For about the same price, I would more likely get a 1000W Kali WS-6.2 (was reviewed by Erin)
