Interesting insides! Lots of foam stuffing! Is this really worth $27,000 for the Blade 2 Meta!!

Cost to the Dealers $13,500
Cost to manufacture at the most $6,500 parts & labor!

My question is why no sell direct, not have dealers and charge $15,000 more profits for KEF
I think this is the Blade Meta becaue it looks different
With even less foam lol

I just want to know which one will be preferred by the wife in the kitchen and which one removes more veils. Let’s not forget the “faster bass”.
JBL charge 4 $129.99 she'll love it. Honestly if someone can't appreciate the levels of audible quality why spend any more than a worksite boombox?

I opened up a pair of KEF R107/2's and the bass cabinet was packed solid with dense padding, clearly a change in engineering philosophy.

KEF does sell direct to consumer at the same price advertised MSRP price. Probably better to go through a dealer as you could potentially negotiate a discount.

Dealers that don't deal don't get my money.

Why don't they use this driver on the Blade instead of that small one?

Just saw this when it came out and was struck by NOT seeing the previous managers and technicians. Maybe they have different team members on different days, vacations, or retirement? Basically what I'm trying to say is, I see a lot of "new" faces vs the older videos of the factory tours.

Love the comments “20 years ago speakers were all wooden boxes!!”
Unfortunately Most of them have not changed?
The Bkades are the only original designs from
KEF!
Compare TVs from 20 years ago and look at today!

I took delivery of my custom Blade One Meta about a month ago and they don’t disappoint.
Driven with a pair of Luxman M-10X directly connected to Lumin T2 DAC streamer. I’m using the preamp from the T2 until I decide if I want to get the C900U preamp or wait until Luxman announce the C-10X.

Anyone compared Blade Two Meta to Genelec 8361?
Do you mean spins or listening impressions? ASR is so big now there's some of us that put as much weight in personal listening impressions as measurements and Genelec speakers, at least in the US of A are hard to audition. There's enough members banging gongs together for Revel and Genelec that it's kinda refreshing to find threads for other brands here.
