Hi guys
Bought myself the Denon AVR-X4700, but still using my AVR-X2200 until I move out of my current home
Have run Audyssey a few times in the last few years when upgrading my Current AV setup (obviously)
I primarily watch Blu Ray Music DVDs on my system, listen to CD’s and TV watching, movies etc
I know you can set settings for each individual sources, which is handy !
I’ve turnt REFERENCE off to FLAT in my settings and got a TOTO Music Blu Ray on, sounds miles better!! Also manually adjusted the subwoofer speaker distance from 3 metres to 5 metres (it is 3 metres) but I did see an AV guy suggest this to make the bass sound better, I think it does! any other little tips and tricks you’d all recommend ?
Don’t know if all the stuff on this guys channel is all nonsense or he is well respected for his advice
Do all of these current settings on my config sound correct or have I got things turnt off or on I shouldn’t have ?
(Purely subjective I know)
