Are Panasonic car radio spare parts compatible with Kenwood's?

Hi,

My car radio is from the brand Kenwood and I need new spare parts to repair it. I found spare parts online from the Panasonic brand and on the website I found them there's an indication that they are compatible. I just wanted to make sure and see if someone may be able to provide input on this or have any suggestions?
