I am not going to click on whatever allegagely controversial video you linked to and create more traffic for the channel owner.

To answer your point, try review index > audio electronics and entering mains into the search box. Or just click on search and search for AC filter. Or check out the ASR YT channel. Not finding it is actually harder than finding it so well done on that.

It’s reasonable. They are showing DC on the AC and AC noise resulting in measurable differences at the speaker level out. It’s still -120 dB which is clean.

Most of the line conditioner stuff tested here has been with DACs. Maybe some amplifiers are not as good?

In any case, they are not saying it’s audible. Just measurable.
