Re Revel Performa3 Series EOL sale, here is a Jan 24 update from dealer Rex Anderson on the Revel owner's thread at AVSForum. @Kal Rubinson mentioned upthread the sale begins Feb 1.

I am happy to see a posting report there will be replacement for the Performa3 series. I do not understand why Samsung/Harman/Revel is choosing to cede the market to the competitors until then.

That’s really nice, thanks for the post. Those products are refurbished, for those who do check it out.
They have a one year warranty for anyone on the fence. Depending on if you buy with certain credit cards, you can usually get another year or two of warranty coverage. I bought a pair of PSB P5s for F/R in my new 3.0 apartment HT setup (along with a C10 I also got from TAF). I know they aren't well reviewed here, but they meet my needs (size, performance, price) and I've never been steered wrong by a PSB offering. At $250 a pair for dedicated HT fronts, risk is supremely low of being disappointed.
Here's some good ones this week. None of the eBay listings are mine. Also Hifi-College really honors their warranty. If it's Aoshida-US and they ship it, I've never had a problem. If Amazon ships it and it's used, they just tell you to send it back and don't replace it. SMSL store stuff always works with no problem also. On Ebay it's the usual, check seller feedback and make sure it's not a brand new account with a price that's too good to be true. Starting with the Topping stuff since I'm currently listening to an original A90/D90 stack, still the best thing I've heard. I buy about $5,000 a month in audio equipment, but not enough time and space for everything. Here's stuff at the prices I usually pay:
