In my office: a paire of Cabasse Caravelle M2 paired with a Yamaha R-S700 receiver.

An experiment with Cabasse Caravelle and Colonne 100 speakers used in a 4-channel system to exploit multichannel classical music recordings from the BNL, Syrius, and Passavant labels (1 micro : 1 speaker). The positions of the 4 speakers respect the positions of the microphones (at least homothetically) The result is astonishing in terms of sound image realism. Definitely worth the tryl!

Primary location has a pair of ML Ethos running off of Bel Canto S300....wonderful combination. Needs room to "breathe" ..3' off of side walls and 4' off of the front walls. Heavy draping helps. Secondary Location has (2) ML Aeon i's running off of (2) Fosi ZA3 / Fosi P4 Pre...incredible improvement over prior Denon receiver. Have had other conventional speakers (Opera Seconda's - nice warm sound but too polite) and (Paradigm Studio V5's - very nice overall sound,) still in use elsewhere.
