Hello everyone,

I haven't found a topic dedicated to this subject yet, so I'm creating one.
I'm looking for reliable sites, with good after-sales service, to buy speakers (and possibly other audio/HiFi equipment) in France or in the European Union.

If you have any recommendations for serious websites, I'll take it !

What do you think of Thomann or Woodbrass? Would you recommend purchasing from them for audio equipment ?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hello Gody,

I personally regularly buy audio stuff at Thomann, TLHP, Audiophonics, Compagnie Acoustique de Belgique, Sound Imports. All these sites are reliable.
Bax.nl and Musikstore.de are also quiet reliable but mass market pro audio stores within the EU. I know some local Belgian and Dutch stores (like Media Markt, Coolblue) are also reliable but i don't know if they export to France. But those are all mass market electronic stores or pro audio. Hifi market sites are not that common, and many rely still on physical shops in Europe to buy hifi.

And off course you also got Fnac, but as French you probally know them already. They are never the cheapest (or even near), but carry a lot and are trustable.

They have a turnover of more than a billion euros: full confidence.
Yep, very reliable. I have ordered there several times and never been disappointed.

if you would consider a UK outlet, then I can recommend Sevenoaks Sound and Vision (SSAV). I recently bought a new REL sub from them at a clearance price, which developed a problem noise, and they recovered it and replaced it without quibbling, and at no cost to me.

I have a good experience with the already mentioned Thomann and also with Just HiFi, MD Sound, Digital Audionetworx, Projekt Akustik and HiFi Schluderbacher, all based in Germany.

Thomann is very reliable. Only had very positive experience.
They are more instrument, amps, PA/stage, and recording studio oriented than HiFi. (Bought several electric guitars and a lot of other music stuff from them.)
If you are looking for studio monitors it's the place for you to shop.

All of the above. Homecinesolution 's pricing is hard to beat with the confidential sale instant discount. Made a great deal with Bax on some pro gear. Audiophonics are very professional.
