That's a great video. She used to fly over our house at 7pm every Sunday on the way to Heathrow Airport . We never tired of going outside to watch. An amazing engineering feat and proof that form follows function (hifi products excepted !)

About Concorde 2, Robbo99999 said:
" That would be Mach 4.5 then, crazy ! Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird was Mach 3.3, so I don't know how they're gonna do that! "

I'm like you I don't know how they're gonna do that !! I think that the new Concorde will not fly before 2030...
And maybe never. That's more me saying that due to commercial viability, in addition to thinking that Mach 4.5 is pretty crazy for a commercial passenger plane as a technical achievement.

Yesterday I found myself at the southbound rest area on US Interstate highway 93*
As I strolled towards the main entrance, I noticed this.
Heck, I thought, it's the 21st Century! My phone is also a camera!

London seems to have lost any sense of holistic design - just a random collection of new blocks amongst the old buildings of the city. Not sure how I feel about the latest addition ....

If that center building is the new one I think the designer(s) did a fantastic job of creating the feel of angular surfaces with the sharp edges of the stone block building windows aligning with the rampart protrusions and the stone blocks matching the blacked out windows of the skyscraper. It's fantastic but not gaudy.

It's kinda gothic ...

I was at the feed store yesterday and happened to espy this adorable little Mitsubishi thing. It looked quite cute, quite capable (looks to have 4WD and respectable ground clearance), and quite Vermont.
