Most beautiful speakers in the world ?

Nonsense.
Right Vladimir. that's indeed complete BS.

Please, everybody, stop discuss about technology in this thread, especially when you obviously don't know what you're talking about, and post beautiful speakers.
Ok, taste is a subjective matter, but there are limits to bad taste and stop deviate from what the subject of this thread is supposed to be.

We need some more beautiful speakers in here. Or at least interesting speakers.

OK, back to the topic...
Somehow new designs are moving to the worse.
Even if you don't like those bright red surrounds of Cerwin-Vega bass drivers, vintage models (DX7 here) are kinda cool:

And here is the new, uglier model (SL12):

It's like the Black Widow of the audio world. Not likely to seriously harm you, but potentially poisonous to you ears!

:p

The appearance, construction and perfectly consistent sound reproduction of the Manger transducer still fascinate me to this day.
There is probably no sound that I feel is more "right".

I once had it installed as a full-range transducer in one of these horns and am still annoyed that I sold it.

Today you can no longer buy the transducer individually, only as a finished speaker.

My Grandparents had those, and much to my dismay I could never get my hands on them. On the upside it started me on the road to owning many speakers, and building quite a few, too. Thanks for these pictures, brings back memories.

Very attractive... dare I say Handsome, cabinets.

I like the looks of that tower, especially.

For those who have complained about visible screws, I gotta say I like the touch of having these screws flush with the driver rim rather than protruding.

I cant get past the drivers not being physically aligned vertically...

It’s an outdated approach, of course, and completely unnecessary with a competent designer.

For myself, I’m not a fan of the faux-vintage concept used in that first example that harkens back to the L100 or Wharfdale Linton vibe.

*shrugs

Still dig the overall aesthetic they have.

And it looks like they are borderline affordable, too, assuming the pricing is per pair. ;)
