June 2024 - Need a good transparent sounding IEM - budget $60 max

Artti T10 - Seems that there is a demand for this item which has bumped the cost above my budget for an IEM. Available options within budget do not ship to the UK.!

I enabled a VPN set to the UK and I see several options with free shipping. In the US AliExpress has coupons/discounts at the beginning of the month as part of "Choice Days". I think they do this in other regions as well.

You can find them @ https://squig.link/ the search provides various independent reviewer measurements, you can also use the tool to compare with other IEMs.

Thanks. I bought a pair based on the recommendations and measurements. FWIW, I couldn't get an acceptable seal with any of the included tips. I'm not sure why. I can get a good seal with silicon/soft tips on other IEMs. I even tried the tips that work for me with other IEMs on the T10s and still couldn't get a good seal. Thankfully I tried some memory foam tips on the T10's, got a good seal, and was able to hear their sound.

About a week ago, I observed that there had been a change, and there are now options for the Artti T10, which ship to the UK. Sometimes I wonder - are the representatives of these companies reading our posts on ASR?. Cos it was not long after I posted the observation, that the Artti T10 became available on AliExpress, for shipping to the UK.

Believe me - about two weeks ago, I searched frantically on Ali-Express and there was nothing available for me to order, at that time.

The challenge I now have is, the CCA CRA, has been a total revelation, an item I bought on a whim, cos the price at the time I bought, was impossible to ignore. I am pretty happy with it, and it gets harder by the day, to justify any further purchases of IEMs, especially any in the Artti T10's price bracket.

It has changed my appetite to spending on IEMs. I also am revising (until I listen to one), my expectation of the benefit of planar magnetics. From what I have read, it's not all plusses, cos each transducer technology, introduces its own issues. With the CCA CRA, I could afford to be displeased with it. I generally am not the kind of person who would return a low cost item, if I did not like it, unless it had a serious flaw contrary to the product description. - i.e the manufacturer or seller lied to me.

The Artti T10 is about £55 (when the VAT which will be charged, is added), and shipping is free - at this time. I'm tempted to wait for either the Chinese version of Black Friday or the Western Black Friday, cos I think I can now afford to wait, when hopefully one may get this at a bargain. It's become a nice to have, rather than a MUST have.

I was between the Artti T10 and the Kefine Delci and ended with the Delci funny thing at first I had seal issues too tried a lot of tips and I ended cutting part of the stem of some unused tips and use the resulting "rings" as an extension and it worked really well, so far I really like the Delci especially for long sessions they are so comfortable and relaxed to listen to.
