saw a nurse to no day ,
blood circulation due to lower heart chamber at certain % , medical nurse explained in less than 1 min and it makes sense why my upper legs get weakened so quickly and i have to lay down for many hours to recover
anyway , relaxing , thanks
I hope you are recovering from your condition. It takes time and patience. Be sure to limit salt over everything and take all the meds the docs prescribe exactly as they prescribe. People recover from things like this and live for years. I was diagnosed with something similar in 2004 and made a full recovery. I can now walk five miles a day, and do everything with no restrictions. Just keep at it. Good to hear from you. Keep up the progress. We're rooting for you.

i mentioned to nurse and she said little salt is okay , same with sugar , in limited small amounts , ? what is small amounts

i like cycling be same as walking with using the upper leg mussel that simply requires correct % blood circulation from my lower heart chamber

well tree outside starting to blossom and summertime is nearing , so i see how far i can get , my cat Bear i think is eagerly excited to going out

i'm going to insist a full physical test next visit to clinic as clearly there been some steps missing here , a sort of sinad heart test and maybe treadmill , being sat in chair and moving body around at certain angles as I still get dizzy effects , strange pressure in my arms sort of kinder , out of phase sync electrical bio feelings ? i need a proper test , also skeptical if something else may have caused it that may have eluded ?

i think i will have days when feeling 70% or lesser , at present i feel like low 90% which i think is okay
had good nose blow earlier as sort of eluded me ask , medical heart nurse , if its possible nose , which bleeds often gets rather blocked with bloody mucus that needs be picked out as it gets stuck in the nose passages and that can cause intake of air flow to be disrupted and may , maybe cause some blood flow issues or other stability ?
my nose passage gets blocked very fast ,needs picking with special tool i made to loosen the mucus so i can pick it out in huge , and no one wonder i can't easily breath , and blow the rest out ( yes i can see some reading and feeling cringed ) how you think it makes me ? i have to do this at least 3 to 4 times each day , usually one may easily blow their nose once a day

not sure how my legs feel if i were to go for roast dinner down the road would i suddenly still get weak in the upper legs ?
thing with my lower heart chamber may start pumping correctly again at any time ?

anyway those are more questions ? i have to ask , medical heart nurse on the next visit

thanks

i win't say what new additional pills taking at present , after taking one yester-no-day , when arrived , within few hours i noticed the mussel ache in upper legs seemed to have improved and walking around indoors was less strain , not sure if its affected my heart chamber ? ( i be seeing medical nurse in few days ) blood tests that sort of thing , only hope its not that thing , blood test , get me out of this couch , thing

been lousy walking around for 3 or more weeks and lousy cinema experience at cineworld last night where paid and walked out on DCP movie within 6 mins ,
spent most of walking distance to get a bus taken me most of the way , last rest of walking total , about 1 hr i guess ? and if not taken these pills are legal , i doubt i would have managed walking up the hill as my legs would have given up and i be laying on the pavement exhausted

taken 2nd pill this morning with usual medication and presently relaxing
the lower part of legs had some aches from last night walking and oddly that wore off quickly usually i would have aches for few days , last i recall ?

i see how it is in a few days as i would cycle down and see how i fair with the incline hilly , if i feel that i should push the bike up until it levels out , then i will do that and then start cycling again ,

It sounds like you are improving. Apparently the medicine is improving your exercise tolerance which is a great thing. Very encouraging you can get out and go to the cinema and walk up hills. Hope your progress continues.

We are all pulling for you Andy. You are nothing if not tenacious and focused. Channel the energy and passion you use in your Home Theater experiments and build and you will be fine. Good luck Andy!

Did that look like a sparkling "kaleidoscope" effect coming in from one side of your field of vision before fading?

If so, it sounds like a visual migraine. I used to get them when I was under stress at work - never with a headache. Don't think I've experienced it since retirement though.

A friend of mine is a doctor (I'm not). He's one of the good ones. A few years ago, I had a long conversation with him about blood pressure, cholesterol and heart problems during a barbecue. He told me that he doesn't like to prescribe statins (cholesterol lowering drugs) and beta blockers (blood pressure lowering drugs). Instead, he initially uses four natural ingredients:
- Vitamin D3
- Vitamin K2
- magnesium
- Omega 3
He mentioned that in over 60% of his patients all problems are reduced within a year to such an extent that no doctor would think of prescribing statins or beta blockers. I think he also mentioned that K2 and Omega 3 should not be taken together with blood thinners, that you should walk regularly and that you should do intermittent fasting if you have a weight problem.

I wish you all good health or/and a speedy recovery.

One of my suggestions would be to really dig into the medications you are taking to understand what they do, how they do it, what they interact with, what the side effects are, and anything else you can figure out. It definitely sucks to have limits on how much you can get around, but hopefully you can get to a much better overall place.

I don't know if you've thought about getting one of the many smartwatch/health monitors, but my family suggested I give one a try and I have to say I am really nerding out on all the information it gives me. You might also find it helps you to tune into your body a bit better than you thought you could in terms of managing stress, getting better sleep, and quite a few other possibly helpful ways to make life a little better. I ended up with a Garmin Venu 3 (Garmin does not have monthly fees for premium features like some others do), and have been pretty impressed. Lots of choices, but I thought I'd at least suggest it to a fellow heart patient!

There are also smart scales that measure a lot more than just weight that I'm looking into as well. I figure the more information I can have access to, the better.
