Rather interesting views from someone with a significant amount of experience posting personal music, and doing gear reviews on youtube. 11 minute video with lots of concise thoughtful information about what it is like to try and pursue this path. Reminds me of advice I heard given to a young guitar player once. Don't become a professional musician unless you cannot live without it.
