It says on the label that a pot still is used for distillation. It's a drag that in Canada fractional distillation towers are not permitted unless one has a purpose for distilling water or extracting oils from plants and herbs etc. For distillation of spirits it is illegal under the 2003 Excise Act. Some countries fully allow distillation of spirits and that would be very cool to do.That's just a picture on a lable. You will find it in bars all over the US.
