That's strange they use a pot still for distillation of this vodka instead of a fractional distillation tower for 97.7% purity each distillation run.

That's just a picture on a lable. You will find it in bars all over the US.

It says on the label that a pot still is used for distillation. It's a drag that in Canada fractional distillation towers are not permitted unless one has a purpose for distilling water or extracting oils from plants and herbs etc. For distillation of spirits it is illegal under the 2003 Excise Act. Some countries fully allow distillation of spirits and that would be very cool to do.
