Under normal circumstances, it is possible, but you need to see the power supply current and speaker power.

We have tried to change the chip to OPA2134PA and LM4562NA on A07, the sound improved a lot, especially when LM4562NA is used.

It is recommended to use LM4562, which has a wide operating voltage range and ultra-low distortion.
LM4562 is a high-fidelity dual op amp introduced by National Semiconductor Corporation in recent years. Its distortion is very small, with only 0.00003% total harmonic distortion and noise (THD+N). In other words, the distortion of this op amp is almost negligible.
The LM4562 chip has the advantages of extremely low distortion rate, low noise, high conversion rate, wide operating voltage range and larger output current, and its performance is unprecedented. Because this operational amplifier has these advantages, it is suitable for professional and high-end audio systems, such as audio-visual system receivers, pre-amplifiers, audio decoders and high-fidelity power amplifiers, as well as various medical imaging systems and industrial equipment.
The design of the LM4562 chip is very unique, not only a built-in high-speed 6MHz unity gain bandwidth operational amplifier, but also a proprietary stereo audio driver amplifier. Under standard working conditions, the input noise density of this operational amplifier is as low as 2.7nV/√Hz, the noise corner of the intermediate frequency is up to 60Hz, the output current is up to 26mA, and it can drive a load of 600Ω. The conversion rate of the LM4562 chip is up to 20V/μs, and the gain bandwidth product is up to 55MHz.
The LM4562 chip can maintain stable operation within a supply voltage range of ±2.5V to ±17V, with a maximum output current of up to 45mA. When the chip is operated within the above-mentioned supply voltage range, the common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of the input circuit are both as high as 108dB or more, and the input bias current is as low as 10μA (typical value).

Sounds good. Why not deliver the A07 with those OP Amps then? Should make it only a little bit more expensive but if the Sound is improved a lot it would be worth it. I am sure you could sell more units too if it improves sound so much.

We have thought about putting several chips together as an accessory and sending them to customers. First of all, some customers will not install the chip, it is easy to damage the power amplifier board, and then cause huge workload for our customer service. In fact, we don't know which chip the customer likes. If you put a few chips in the package, it will increase the cost, and then the unused chips will cause waste.

My TPA3255 AIYIMA A07 feels really great with this 48V 7.3A power supply.
I also changed the OPA2604AP and the sound has improved a lot.
It feels better than my Class A\B Denon PMA-1500AE
Do you have to change any resistor, capacitor or just replace the op-amp?

But why not install the ones that sound so much better first? Then nobody has to replace anything and the amp sounds better. Or you could have an option where the better OP Amps are included too for a little higher price. Then the buyers don't have to try to find real ones themselves. (I guess there are fake ones around too)

Hi amigos,

I am member of diyaudio.com. I own almost all the TPA325X, see my reviews on Forum. (AIYIMA, DrMordor V1 + V2, Zero Zone, 3E Audio, Generic TPA3255; BRZhifi etc...). I also own some Hypex NCore NC502 / NC 500 and NC250 MP and a brand new Merus double Mono amplifier....and some other Class d and Class H amp.

Trust me, a high end TPA325X amplifier with PFFB (XRK Audio / DrMordor) is the choice regarding TPA325X.
The AIYIMA Tilear Rev 2.1 with great caps and some mod (OPA1656 / inductors update) sounds really good too.

Great alternative to TPA325X / Hypex Ncore (this is subjective ) is the double Mono Merus amp. (See diyaudio.com)

I have tested the The AIYIMA Tilear Rev 2.1 with the following OP amps :

OPA1612
OPA627
OPA1656
Burson Audio V5I
genuine NES5532
Muse 01

I keep on saying that OPA1656 is the best among these ones. (at least for me)

How do you like the BRZHifi amp? I like that it has the power supply included and it has tone controls. I also saw that you tried the Behringer A800 - how does that one compare to the BRZHifi soundwise? Did you make blind tests to validate the sound differences?

@daniboun thanks for posting. Do you have any links to your reviews or mod details? The threads at diyaudio are rather long!

The BRZhifi is great for the price. PSU is only 36V I wonder why (power is limited so).... I updated the 4 OP Amps on it (OPA1656) : two are dedicated for the Tone Control and two for the amp itself. Tone control is OK after OPA update.
B. A800 sounds great too and powerful. But I clearly prefer the TPA325X, including the BRZhifi.

Another great amplifier I discovered and that sounds very good (particulary regarding the mediums and trebles) , this Class H :

The update is really simple just need good iron solder :

- Get a pair of OPA1656 soic 8 + two adaptes SOIC> DIP8
- Get 4 MA5173-AE inductors (they fit on the case but pay attention to the height)
That s it )

Because we found that only NE5532 is more popular and everyone agrees.

Only if the stock NE5532 are genuine... this is not the case here.
First update in this AIYIMA = change OP amps.

GENUINE NE5532 :

I have a public question for AIYIMA Audio.

What is the difference between the AIYIMA XZD-1752PRO vs AIYIMA A04 Tilear 2.1 (the one with great caps).
- I already know that XZD-1752PRO is a TPA3255.... but what about the caps inside ?
- Finally, which is the best alternative to the AIYIMA Tilear 2.1 with good components (everybody knows that the new version with green PCB is not as good) ?

Can tell me which product is AIYIMA XZD-1752PRO and AIYIMA A04 Tilear?
AIYIMA A04 is 2.0ch not 2.1ch. Please give me the photo of the power amplifier.

Hi,
here goes :

AIYIMA A04 with Tilear PCB revision 2.1 (TPA3251) = good caps !

I have know the products you said. AIYIMA XZD-1752PRO and Tilear 2.1 is the amplifier we produce for our customer.
So they have the same cover.
XZD-1752PRO is 2.0ch TPA3255.
AIYIMA A04 is 2.0ch TPA3251.
Tilear is 2.ch TPA3116.

In addition, our engineers want me to ask if A04/A07 is upgraded, what functions do you want to add?
1. Fiber coaxial
2. Bluetooth
3. 2.1CH
4. PC USB
