Texas Instruments explain of up to 40kHz sound about TPA3255.
Up to 100 kHz indeed

My TPA3255 AIYIMA A07 feels really great with this 48V 7.3A power supply.
I also changed the OPA2604AP and the sound has improved a lot.
It feels better than my Class A\B Denon PMA-1500AE

Hi @robertospeed Where did you get that power supply and at what price, please?

Thank you!

Thanks!

It looks quite like this one at Audiophonics, though at half the price! (And around the same price the Aiyima A07)
So, unless you already have one of this 48V power supply idling around (which is quite unlikely) the final price of this amplifier doubles.
Yes, I think it's the same, on aliexpress I had to pay 50 Euros for customs to ship it to Italy, So on this site you showed me I think I don't pay customs and it costs me less right? Because I had thought about buying another amplifier the same.

That's it. Audiophonics is a French company, hence, we Europeans do not have to pay customs when buying there. Be aware the price there is with and without VAT, but you have to add shipping cost, which I do not know how much it is to Italy, just check beforehand, my little piece of advice.

Hi everyone I had thought of putting an 80mm fan on the TPA3255 because it heats a lot and make holes in the case to adapt the fan, but I don't know where I have to attach the wires to make it spin ... But you have other solutions to cool this mini amplifier? I would be very grateful if you give me your advice .....

0V on the black wire, 12V on the red, although you can reduce the voltage to make the fan slower and quieter. How low you can go before it won't reliably start spinning varies between fan models, but usually somewhere between 5V and 7V. It's probably easiest to get this from an external supply while you work out what voltage you need. Before adding the fan you could put holes in the sides of the case and stand it on its edge to get some passive airflow - this may improve cooling enough that you don't need the fan. If you still need to add the fan then the holes are still useful as somewhere for the hot air to exit.

From DIY 325x topic use thermal pad 3mm under the heatsink's screws with some thermal grease stick firmly with chassis. I've done that too.

but you have no photos to show me how you did it, because I didn't understand very well what you said exactly

AIYIMA A07 arrived that my ordered. 32V 5A power supply was Included.
LPF components looks like tied together by solder printing...?
Sound is good, especialy bass. Maybe, sound 20kHz over is good too. Now playing album of Sora Amamiya. These songs have many superhigh.
But the foobar2000's spectrum analyzer can only display up to 26.58kHz.

We have tried to change the chip to OPA2134PA and LM4562NA on A07, the sound improved a lot, especially when LM4562NA is used.

It is recommended to use LM4562, which has a wide operating voltage range and ultra-low distortion.
LM4562 is a high-fidelity dual op amp introduced by National Semiconductor Corporation in recent years. Its distortion is very small, with only 0.00003% total harmonic distortion and noise (THD+N). In other words, the distortion of this op amp is almost negligible.
The LM4562 chip has the advantages of extremely low distortion rate, low noise, high conversion rate, wide operating voltage range and larger output current, and its performance is unprecedented. Because this operational amplifier has these advantages, it is suitable for professional and high-end audio systems, such as audio-visual system receivers, pre-amplifiers, audio decoders and high-fidelity power amplifiers, as well as various medical imaging systems and industrial equipment.
The design of the LM4562 chip is very unique, not only a built-in high-speed 6MHz unity gain bandwidth operational amplifier, but also a proprietary stereo audio driver amplifier. Under standard working conditions, the input noise density of this operational amplifier is as low as 2.7nV/√Hz, the noise corner of the intermediate frequency is up to 60Hz, the output current is up to 26mA, and it can drive a load of 600Ω. The conversion rate of the LM4562 chip is up to 20V/μs, and the gain bandwidth product is up to 55MHz.
The LM4562 chip can maintain stable operation within a supply voltage range of ±2.5V to ±17V, with a maximum output current of up to 45mA. When the chip is operated within the above-mentioned supply voltage range, the common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of the input circuit are both as high as 108dB or more, and the input bias current is as low as 10μA (typical value).

Oh, Are you AIYIMA AUDIO official?
I'll try LM4562 as soon as ordered item arrived.
By the way, what role has the silver color line drawn on the backside of the PCB? (Please see my uploaded photo)
