there is no traditional low-pass to match this (two-phase) shape. the port frequency is very deep it seems (below the natural roll-off).
yea, it might look smoother in-room.
Do you use REW?
EDIT: sealing the port might be an option to make the roll-off smoother

Yes, I do use REW.

measure them without the sub, in-room....with and without ports plugged. then you import some high-passes into REW and see if you find something matching. than you can use the opposite of that matching high-pass for your subwoofer. It wont be perfect, but maybe you get close
