I've been using the DO200 MkII for a year now, with great results, only on DAC duties.

The past couple of days, I've been testing it on preamp mode with two Fosi Audio V3 monos. In the system I have now, they work quite well.

Now, the culprit: the remote codes.

I'm using a Harmony remote. The Harmony codes on their database, for the DO200 Mk.I (they don't have the codes for the Mk.II there), don't have working Vol+ and Vol- buttons.

I tried the learning function of the remote and got those buttons to work. But what happens, is that each button press gives very slow increments/decrements on volume as shown by the DAC's display.

Has anyone faced and overcome this issue?

Thanks in advance!

I've no experience of the Harmony, but there's no acceleration if you hold the button down?

I agree and I will add to it I think another miss in products like these and not this one in particular is no HDMI ARC input. I think a lot of people would use something like this for TV but would like not needing a second remote to use it.
My Sony Bravia oled TV can connect to a dac via USB which makes the TV switch to headphone output and lets the TV remote control the volume towards the DAC.

Mine should be able to do this too then, because its Android TV that can use USB DAC's.

Yeah it should. I have the Sony Bravia XR A80J it works fine. The only thing is that the optical output won't function simultaneously with the USB output, but with jack output the optical output still works. Either a limitation of the hardware or a firmware thing. Maybe newer TVs will output to both (if it's even needed lol).
