Room Correction, Dirac and devices that can implement it?

No real need to find a suitable PC, the one you use with qobuz is good.
I took a lenovo laptop with touch screen which can also be used for other things. And on it I had roon and then I went back to audirvana (the old one, not the one with the monthly payment) so I can order my music on the screen or via the android/ios apps. It was cheaper than a studio SHD minidsp and more versatile.
But that's my opinion and my use, you may prefer something else, you have to define what is necessary for you.

The first goal is to try Dirac and see if it suits you then you will see if you take the PC license, a minidsp or other.

As a streamer I still recommend the now discontinued Chromecast Audio. That is what I use.

yes, I have a couple of usb DACs, although I do prefer SPDIF just because it seems to be more universal
