I took it as a description based on available information and not prejudice.Seriously?
Chubby dude with the English accent?
Sounds like you had a previous grudge, which is irrelevant to the issue at hand.
That's really petty . . .

A "sorry" or "my bad" would have sufficed.I don't kno??w his name, don't care much. How would you describe him? Skinny? New York accent?
The whole point is that it should not matter! I don’t agree with what Cameron generally says, or how he does his reviews. It is irrelevant. Nobody should be bullied by companies over a review.spewing nonsense
Yes, I agree. But if it an actual letter from a lawyer threatening a lawsuit, it’s no longer something you can just ignore.Stop worrying about butthurt notes from aggrieved manufacturers.
I think this is the biggest material here. Is there actually a threat from a lawyer at a firm to sue this reviewer or is the company just upset about the bad review? The whole point is that it should not matter! Well, it's back to making material misstatements, or not. If he made misstatements because he's technically ignorant, he should correct them, apologize, and stop acting like he knows something. If he hasn't, he can tell them to put up or shut up.Yes, I agree. But if it an actual letter from a lawyer threatening a lawsuit, it’s no longer something you can just ignore.
I've used form letters that I have on file and am familiar with them such that I can make some from memory. The form letters that I used people thought it was a formal lawyers' letterhead. So there are ways to make things appear more serious than the actual threat level. I say blow it off and wait for further instruction but no play dates.Well, it's back to making material misstatements, or not. I've gotten letters like this on several occasions and never paid any attention. It looks especially bad when the lawyer won't specify what the libelous parts are. In my native language, the lawyer is just hockn a tshaynik.
What jurisdiction is he in?
People like drama, apparently.I've used form letters that I have on file and am familiar with them such that I can make some from memory. Just watched the video. There most certainly was a real legal threat. They absolutely threatened to sue himView attachment 380947
The chubby dude with the English accent is apparently the aggrieved person, and everything I saw, he was spewing nonsense. As before, it's just butthurt notes, no real legal threat UNLESS Chubby Dude made material misstatements, which given the nonsense he was spewing before I tapped out, is certainly possible.
Stop worrying about butthurt notes from aggrieved manufacturers.
They're all horrible people, profiting from spreading ignorance and whining for fun and profit.
Yawwn.Just watched the video. There most certainly was a real legal threat. They absolutely threatened to sue him

I’m genuinely glad things have gone your way. So far. But a letter from a lawyer threatening to sue is a sign that you may get sued.I've gotten letters like this on several occasions and never paid any attention. I've turned away a couple of dissatisfied lawyers that felt righteous. Life is tough, c'est la vie.a letter from a lawyer threatening to sue is a sign that you may get sued.
Well, I didn't say Scots accent.“Chubby guy with an English accent”
Watch out for pythons... I like pythons but fear snakes immensely. Them shitting on me and smelling and biting me is not a good time!I'm going outside to pick up gum leaves from my lawn. The wind always picks up after you just mowed. Way more interesting than this storm in a teacup.
I woulda laughed coming from Scotch ancestry... LoL.Well, I didn't say Scots accent.
