As a non-native English speaker, I really appreciate the transcription because I can have a text automatically translated and I can't do the same with the video, the integrated automatic translation of YouTube does more harm than it solves at the moment.
But if this is the new policy of the site I'll have to deal with it

Nothing to stop you getting the transcript yourself. Either from youtube, or from whatever tool the poster would have to use.

Sure, of course, we were talking about integrating the transcription on the site.
Sometimes I simply have no interest in making a transcription or understanding how to do it, while I take it for granted that the person posting has a reason to want that message to be received, which is why I probably read a transcription, if I have to do it I am less likely to do it, unless I am very interested in the matter.
Again, I was just explaining why I find it convenient, if the new rules are like this I will accept them without problems.
