Yeah because it's so easy to get some 8361A, 1237A, KH420, KH310, KH150 etc, especially at the same time... just whip out your unlimited American Express and Thomann delivers all of them to you next day... uhh... yeah..

Anyone following Pearljam's years long speaker quest on the forum already knows everything needed, but only he can decide. ;)
Lol
To me it's even more complicated than that becaue I have to pay VAT when they arrive in my country so even if I do return them I don't get that. Money back

You may have already mentioned, but I didn't notice: where do you live?

Quasi far field on-axis: near field of woofer cone + vents merged at ~450 Hz with time-windowed "far field" at 1 m. Baffle effect response (multiplier for near field) simulated to 10 meters. Near field of cone measured speaker laying on the floor to reduce loss to full space at LF.

Too smooth at mid due to time window but otherwise quite equal to other published measurements.

Sorry for the silly question
But does the KH150 has a built in DAC?
Digital converter: resolution; design24 Bit
Digital converter: sampling rate32 kHz..200 kHz
Digital internal sampling rate48 kHz
Output sample rateidentical to input sample rate
Latency ADA / DAAnalog Input: 2.6 ms; SPDIF Input: 2.1 ms

For those that can code there are other ways too. It turns out the control protocol is partly documented and partly self-describing, but Neumann don't publish this for some reason. I didn't buy the KH80s because the iPad app was the only way known at the time to access the DSP. Had I known the protocol was documented I would have bought them.

Only very shortly, and just one speaker so I'd like to postpone all comments about sound.

Let us know if we can finally hang up our tools and just kick back and relax. From what I’ve seen of Neumann’s measurements, this is the one of the best commercial speakers of this size; (1/2 cu foot) as of 2022. The frequency response, phase response, and non linear distortion is first rate.

No.

Best in size class.

They won’t work in large rooms eg. 6m x 9m x 3.6m or dedicated home theaters requiring 100dB/2.83V sensitivity.

Finally a 6.5” 2 way from K+H/Neumann.

No; that's the KH310. Arguably, they should come out with a slightly larger bass reflex version - the ports don't need to be front facing (though that seems to be their design philosophy). A side-firing port a la SCM25As could work.
