Black eye or not, clear and consistent communication from manufacturers about product capabilities is crucial for maintaining customer trust—be it from engineering or customer service.Just saying that they need to be working together on this. If it's not happening: Then this is a black-eye for both..
In this case, NAD's inconsistent communication has led me to lose trust in the company, and I believe many others feel the same way.
