Gustard DAC-X16 or SMSL SU-9

I am in the very spot of upgrading my DAC from Cambridge Audio DacMagic Plus,
I have narrowed down to these two units, I wonder if I don't care for DSD or MQA,
does it make sense to get either of them?
Would I be better off with something like a Schiit Modius?
Would the DAC-X16 or SU-9 sound better than Modius for my studio monitors (Adams T7V)?

I don't know anyone that really talked about the sound difference between the two,
as I've been reading many pages of threads for a while now. Thanks!

They are both transparent so will sound the same.

No sonic difference between the two (both will sound transparent).
So choose based on features, function, etc.

...the three dinky feet may arguably give better acoustic isolation - that's the only reason I can think that they may have done that.

I also recently received an X16. I definitely prefer the look of 4 feet versus 3 (unless the unit is triangular).

Having MQA support is a plus. After canceling my Tidal subscription, I thought I would never hear another MQA track. Turned out Qobuz has some MQA albums.
