Denon AU-320 SUT frequency response:
Step up transformer testing Denon AU-320 . I used Ortofon QR2010 20-45k sweep.

Here is the difference direct to RIAA and AU-320 40 ohm setting (1:10) using Audio-Technica ATOC9MLii

3 ohm setting(1:36):

no added distortion...

Effect on lead capacitance . AU-320 pass-trough minus direct to RIAA. Shure V15-IV JICO SAS-B on Denon DP-51F

I found a cool picture on the net,.,

Here is my speed measurement from my phone, a personal best.

Table is a Michell Gyro SE. Thought the belt might need replacing but at 8 years old it looks like it's just entering its prime.

Very nice for a belt drive. Did you need to tweak the leveling. Or put talcum on the belt to achieve this?

No, I guess it's pretty level once I got the suspension correct. Riding in the bottom groove. I somewhat cleaned the belt by just running it through my fingers until black stuff stopped coming off. Then I had to adjust the speed by turning the trim pot on the stock PSU. Also played with position of the motor so the belt is as tight as possible.

as often recalled ..
it is preferable to check the avg speed with another approach, double the methods, because it happens that this approach is not reliable on this point...
classic strobo type , disc test etc
(on the other hand this measurement of w&f is generally enlightening, and adjustment assistance, for the motor-belt tension position even if the app is "in the wrong" in avg speed....)
