Fosi Audio's First Integrated Amplifier with VU Meter-MC351 Discussion

I bought one two weeks ago with 48v Gan Power supply. I used it with Tamise BC Acoustique speakers (6ohm), an USB output from Macbook pro and Spotify.
I confirme the output sound is clear, transparent with a nice presence and sound imaging... no distorsion at high level.
I appreciate the multi input (Rca, Bluetooth 5.3, Usb C, optical, Coax). Will better and convenient if Hdmi...
Usb C audio input is really great !
I appreciate the small size and the subjective nice design (black and orange).
On/Off with volume control is OK.
Tone control is OK.
I don't have tested yet the pre-out and the sub output.
Yes the Vu meter is cosmetic, but it's ok for giving a "brand signature", a subjective nice looking for most people....
> For me an headphone output (in front) is really missing (under the mode button control).
A balance control is always useful ! not a bad idea (maybe Back side, i don't use it everyday !)...
Better light presence with text and readability for the selector indicator should be improve.
Remote control in option should be great.
Changing Op option ? Why not
A better Bluetooth memorizing apairing should be improve.
Maybe a Full-Body Cooling Design should be improve and nice (cf your V3 monoblock)
In conclusion, for my use, at the moment, at this price... it's a good choice for most all days music lovers : efficient, nice, small, easy life !
Where you bought it? As per Fosi Audio it will be available next week.

Amazon.fr 15 May ... two days after it was no more available... just a lucky day for me...

I see this has just gone up for sale on the Fosi website today as well as Amazon, Ali Express etc, $189 with a further 20% early bird discount. Very interested in this but there has been very little info in the way of advance reviews. I am just getting back into HiFi again after a multi year layoff, and recently bought the Fosi ZA3 with 48V power supply which I am very pleased with. At the moment the rest of my system is pretty basic - JBL control xtreme monitor speakers and an old Sony blue ray player for playing my CDs. Even so I am amazed at the quality of the sound. With less cluttered recordings and vocals I am blown away. With more complex rock tracks with a lot going on or a lot of base maybe not so much, but I intend to upgrade the speakers to maybe Acoustic Energy AE500's and maybe add a DAC, sub or pre-amp (or all three) in the future which will hopefully improve things further. I do like the multiple inputs and base/treble controls on the new MC351 though I wonder how it compares soundwise to the ZA3 (or V3).There is of course no XLR inputs but I'm not to worried about them as I am not using them on the ZA3 at the moment and it sounds fine. At the moment the MC351 looks like it is only shipping with the 32V power supply despite being rated up to 48V, I would prefer the 48V one.

My problem with LEDs is that they are usually so bright they blind you in a dark home theater, or so dim you cannot see them. Dim is better; these work.
LEDs are especially bad if they flash all the time like the Bru5. I would have tossed that thing the 1st day without LightDimms.

SO...Not Blue, Not Bright, Not Flashing please.
I stick bits of masking tape over these.
