Some of my recent favorites:
DJ Technorch - masterful Japanese hardcore producer, has done everything from early 90s breakbeat hardcore throwbacks to hard techno to rhythmic noise, usually with his distinctive multi-layered+detuned rave stabs; 内閣総理大臣賞 〜HARDCORE TECHNO POP〜, his freeform/trancecore record, is a solid entry point
Gai Barone - Italian progressive trance producer with the best arps around, he's been putting out tracks on all the big prog trance labels for years but has yet to really break through, tracks like "Brooklyn (Morning Mix)" and his ecstatic remix of Orkidea's "Nana" need way more attention
Atmos - excellent progressive/progpsy producer, his first record Headcleaner is one of the few classic progressive psytrance albums, if you can get through how minimal his early work is you'll be rewarded with some amazing textures and track structure, he still puts out fun stuff in the modern progpsy style like his remix of Blue Planet Corporation's "Overbloody Flood" and some great collaborations with S>Range
