Thanks to both of you above. I think it has a detrimental effect over exclusive mode, but this should suffice for a good solution when I am out and about and sound quality is not of most importance.
I was tired of switching over to my phone to listen to music when working on my laptop away from my desktop rig. My LG V50 sounds good enough, but it was inconvenient.

Indeed, be careful using ASIO/WASAPI exclusive modes which override sound effects such as these, as to not suddenly blast your ears. A dongle that is so loud at 2/100 volume is a bit of a risk on that front.....

I really love the TC44B. Is the TC44C basically the same like the TC44B, except the 3.5mm instead of 2.5mm?
