Hi,
Im looking for small size bookshelf speaker recommendations to pair with my audiolab 6000a. Size should be quite small, around 30x20cm (HxW) with a budget of around a 1000 euro. The speakers will be placed on a tv cabinet, around 30cm from the wall.
Last week I auditioned MA silver 50 7g, Dynaudio emit 10, Q acousitcs 5020 and the Elac Carina 243. I really liked the sound of the Carina but my SO finds them a little too large and they don´t fit our interior. The Silver 50s were alright but im wondering what other options are out there. I consider auditioning the Sonus Faber Lumina II because they are small but I hear very mixed reactions to them. Do you have any recommendations and other options around this size and price?

Long shot ... this soon to be released speakers may fit your needs ...

That size and budget is very much KEF LS50 Meta territory - they're popular around here for good reason, and the choice of colours may help you find something that fits your interior.
Ah, i didn´t consider those yet. Do you think the audiolab provides enough power?

Thanks, will look into it.

my understanding is that you're using a 50w amp with a tv and just general streaming, BT uses

but you are limited to 5" due to space

using a sub? thing has pre-outs? that would be ok

but by itself... hmmm 5" speakers will lack a little bass

I will look into a sub later down the line. Thx

These unfortunatly don´t seem to be available in the Netherlands
