yep... but that was not what OP wanted to know. He just wanted to know if you can correct load dependent amps with EQ.I can make the same argument as you did:
The point is that it doesn't matter what correction you make or how: you may not like the end result, regardless of whether it is more accurate or not.
The answer is ... you can but would need to characterize the amp + load if you want to 'wholly' correct for this effect.
Room correction or even liking the corrected response or not is a different thing.
When doing just room correction you would also include the amp/load dependency of course, which, in the end, was your point.
Other solutions as better (more expensive or 2nd hand) amps that have no load dependency would be a technically better choice but.... would not be as small in size and may not even be as cheap when the same amount of power is required.
Indeed one can also wait 1 or 2 years and buy the cheapies with PFFB that are less load dependent.
