Oh, it does! It simulates the Niagara Falls pretty well...This looks like it couldn't possibly work.

Voigt pipes specifically tune the rear chamber to reduce backpressure presented to the (usually) wideband driver. Get the taper right and it acts like a horn for lower frequencies while taming comb filtering.Pipe resonances?
Shame that their website was from the last century.https://www.decware.com/newsite/HR1.html
Always wanted to listen to Decware components. The design and marketing photos really make them stand out in my opinion, so they accomplished that.

If you are using a mobile device like 70% of the web users do then their website is simply unusable. If you can't read anything on a website what is there to like?It is a bit ugly, but personally I love a nice simple page of text with a few links down the side.
The modern web is terrible.

A low-volume production speaker from Belgium, little known outside the Benelux, but one that put me on the path the the neverending search for high-end nirvana (40 years and counting...)View attachment 132387
Designer / creator is Ivan Schellekens. The company is/was Floating Systems. The model is Synthese 1. There are also Synthese 2 and 3 (each one smaller than the previous one. The woofer is at the top. The main body acts as a transmission line. The mid section is completely decoupled and can swivel (to adjust soundstaging etc). They also come with a set of 4 different 'acoustic card', which are plug & play filters pre-configured for different room types...Who made this?
